Initial consultation with your real estate agent
Discuss your goals, financial plan, and timeline.
Evaluate homes online
Research the neighborhoods and communities you're looking to buy in. Start visiting homes for sale in those neighborhoods with your real estate agent.
You've found your home
Review market analysis with your buyer representative, and develop a negotiation strategy for submitting an offer.
Your offer is accepted
We will provide you with a list of trusted and reliable attorneys. We will accompany you at inspections, through negotiations, and review association documents with you. You will lock in an interest rate with your mortgage lender, complete the lender-ordered appraisal and work on any conditions the lender has.
Your attorney conducts a title search. You order utilities in your name and complete the final walkthrough with your real estate agent.
