Now, Julia is stepping into an exciting new role: Licensed Real Estate Agent.

After more than six years working behind the scenes in the industry, Julia has officially earned her real estate license, expanding her ability to support both clients and the team in a more direct and impactful way.

Julia will continue to lead marketing efforts for The Synergy Group, overseeing everything from marketing and land acquisitions to agent development and event coordination. Her deep involvement across all aspects of the business gives her a unique perspective that few agents have. She understands not only how to market a property, but also how to position it strategically in an ever-evolving market.

As a graduate of Endicott College with a degree in English, Julia brings a strong foundation in marketing, communication, and strategic execution. Her professional background in marketing and customer service, combined with her experience in fast-paced environments, has shaped her into a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who consistently stays ahead of industry trends, tools, and technology.

Real estate has always been part of Julia’s life. Growing up immersed in the business, she developed a deep understanding of The Synergy Group’s approach from an early age. When she officially joined the team in 2020 as Marketing Director, she quickly became a driving force behind its brand and operations. Earning her license is a natural next step that allows her to further elevate both the client experience and the team’s overall success.

As a published writer, Julia brings a creative element to this sales team, combining innovative strategies with her thorough understanding of the real estate industry. Known for her precision, reliability, and exceptional organizational skills, she is dedicated to matching buyers with the perfect home and guiding sellers every step of the way from listing to closing.

Outside of real estate, Julia is a lifelong equestrian and published poet who enjoys exploring yoga and wellness practices.
