According to Jill Henry, founder of Quest Property Solutions, construction is complete, and the final certificate of occupancy has been issued for 84 Eastern Avenue in Gloucester MA, a brand-new three-townhome development located less than a mile from Good Harbor Beach.
Thanks to the efforts of the exclusive marketing team and listing agent Louis Cirignano of The Synergy Group, all three units were placed under contract before construction completion. All units are now closed, and the occupants are enjoying the ocean breeze and views of Good Harbor Beach.
“It’s not every day that we collaborate with a developer who puts this much passion into their work," Cirignano said. "Jill Henry built an exceptional product that’s a fantastic addition to the neighborhood and community. We’re honored to have taken part in this project.” The Synergy Group specializes in the marketing and sales of new construction developments throughout Massachusetts, from brand-new single-family homes to larger developments up to 100 units.
84 Eastern Avenue was thoughtfully designed by Tektoniks Architects, an award-winning residential and commercial firm company founded in 2009 by MIT graduate Ernest Vincent DeMaio III. For all units, the living rooms are highlighted by an attractive electric fireplace, leading to an open-concept dining room and kitchen with a center island and stainless-steel appliances.
Inspired by calming coasting colors, and pulling from modern trends, Henry worked directly with The Synergy Group’s in-house interior designer Angela Cirignano to pick high-end finishes, each unit with its own unique elements.
Quest Property Solutions’ mission is to rejuvenate neighborhoods and increase the standard of living by improving the overall quality of housing for the residents, and they have truly done so at 84 Eastern Avenue. These three townhomes are surrounded by professional landscaping including ambient landscape lighting and private rear yards with stone patios.
